Our view: Matemwe is a lovely rustic lodge and is an old favorite of many travellers to Zanzibar. The rooms have lots of character and a lot of local materials have been used to decorate and build the rooms.
The new Suites are looking fabulous. They are very private and they all boast a large rooftop terrace & a private plunge pool.
