Visa Requirements – Holders of UK passports do not require a visa for visits to Belize up to thirty days. You should have a full passport with a minimum of six months validity from the date of your return to the UK. Please also be aware that you need to have at least two blank pages in your passport.
Health Requirements – There are no mandatory vaccinations required for entry into Belize although Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Rabies, Tetanus, Tuberculosis and Typhoid are recommended.
Dengue Fever is endemic to Latin America and the Caribbean and can occur throughout the year. In accordance with International Health Regulations, a yellow fever vaccination certificate is required from travellers coming from areas with a risk of yellow fever transmission. There is a low risk of malaria in rural Belize. There is no risk of malaria in Belize district including Belize City.
