“We much enjoyed all the places we stayed at particularly Tea Trails, where we were well cared for, and loved it all. Flights and all arrangements worked like clockwork.”P & J, Feb 2012, Sri Lanka

Sukothai

Sukothai

Location: Named after the ancient capital of Thailand, the award-winning The Sukhothai Hotel is set amidst six acres of landscaped gardens in  Bangkok ‘s prime business district. Surrounded by lush, tropical gardens and decorative pools, the The Sukhothai Hotel is also close to a skytrain station as well as the central pier. Getting to the shopping districts of Siam and Ratchaprasong, night bazaars, visiting the Grand Palace, and even some of the best dining and nightclub venues is hassle free with the excellent location.

Rooms: 210 rooms and suites

Facilities: Restaurant, bar, 24hrs room service, Souvenirs/gift shop, laundry service, safety deposit boxes, currency exchange

Activities: Tennis court, Sauna, Fitness centre, Golf course (within 3 km), Spa and wellness centre, Massage, Hot tub, Squash, Outdoor pool (all year)

Children: Children of all ages are welcome

Our Opinion: An excellent choice for guests looking for a city based hotel due to its close proximity to the shopping malls, transport links and local markets. Despite being in the city, the Sukothai benefits from an off road location and is set within beautiful, tropical gardens.
