We are fully bonded with ATOL, which guarantees complete financial protection for the monies that you pay for your holiday. We hold an Air Travel Organiser’s Licence (ATOL) issued by the Civil Aviation Authority (ATOL number 5345). When you buy an ATOL protected air inclusive holiday from us, you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our ATOL. In the unlikely event of our insolvency the CAA will ensure that you are not left stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking.
We are a member of ATTA and of the tourism bodies SATOA and LATA. These regional tourism groups provide information and support.
